“Revel” mopads, as if scooters weren’t enough.

On Tuesday, the moped-sharing company announced that it would halt service in New York City following two deaths over the past week. “We’re reviewing and strengthening our rider accountability and safety measures and communicating with city officials, and we look forward to serving you again in the near future,” said in a statement.

“SHUT IT DOWN, THEY KNOW!” One executive yelled at a meeting, according to sources.

The effective shutdown comes following two deaths of riders in just 10 days.

It is still uncertain if the whole thing company is a plot by the NY governor, especially after the recent nursing home debacle came to light.

“The fact that their death was certainly trauma related cannot rule out the coronavirus diagnostics we just made using this kit imported from China” says the coroner general.
